Slab and Billet Handling Crane with Magnetic Lifting Beam

The slab handling overhead crane is a specialized equipment for handling slabs, especially high-temperature slabs. Used to transport high-temperature slabs to the billet warehouse and heating furnace in the continuous casting production line. Or transport room temperature slabs in the finished product warehouse, stack them, and load and unload them. It can lift slabs or blooms with a thickness of over 150mm, and the temperature can be above 650 ℃ when lifting high-temperature slabs.

Double girder steel plate overhead cranes can be equipped with lifting beams and are suitable for steel mills, shipyards, port yards, warehouses and scrap warehouses. It is used for lifting and transferring long and bulk materials such as steel plates of different sizes, pipes, sections, bars, billets, coils, spools, steel scrap, etc. The lifting beam can be rotated horizontally to meet different working requirements.

The crane is a heavy-duty crane with working load of A6~A7. The lifting capacity of the crane includes the self-weight of the magnetic hoist. Lifting stator voltage regulation, variable frequency operation, stable lifting operation, and low impact. The main electrical equipment is located inside the main beam and equipped with industrial air coolers to ensure a good working environment and temperature.
