The following are precautions for single-beam bridge crane:

(1) The nameplate of rated lifting capacity must be hung in an obvious place.

(2) During the work, no one is allowed on the bridge crane or use the hook to transport people.

(3) It is not allowed to drive the crane without operation license or after drinking.

(4) During the operation, the worker must concentrate, do not talk, smoke or do anything irrelevant.

(5) The crane cabin shall be clean. Equipment, tools, inflammables, explosives and dangerous goods are not allowed to be placed randomly.

(6) The crane is not allowed to be overloaded.

(7) Do not lift under the following conditions: The signal is unknown. Inflammables, explosives and dangerous goods without safety protection measures. Overfilled liquid articles. The wire rope does not meet the requirements for safe use. The lifting mechanism is faulty.

(8) For bridge cranes with main and auxiliary hooks, do not raise or lower the main and auxiliary hooks at the same time.

(9) The inspection or maintenance can only be carried out after the power is cut off and the sign of power cut operation is hung on the switch. If live working is necessary, safety measures shall be taken for protection and special personnel shall be assigned to take care of it.
