On 15th January a customer from Malta has left a message on our site, he was interested in our 5 tons mobile gantry crane. 10 meters wide, 7 meters high, wire rope and all movements with two speed and a cordless remote control. The client’s usage is for lifting marble outdoors. Moreover, they added that because the working place of the bridge crane is only 2 kilometers away from the sea, the requirements for corrosion resistance of the machine are relatively high. Considering the complex working conditions, we coated the whole crane with epoxy primer, and the motor protection grade is IP55. These measures are sufficient to protect the main body and motor of single-beam gantry crane from seawater corrosion. According to the basic information provided by the customer, we provide the first version of the quotation of European type gantry crane.
Two days later we received a reply from the customer. Our quotation all was fine and the only thing that he needed to adjust is that the overall maximum length not exceed 10meters. After confirming with our engineers, we customized the total width is 9.8 meters and span is 8.8 meters. Also, the customer added 40 meters*2 crane rails and the color was requested white. Everything was clear, we made the second quotation of European type sing girder gantry crane. A week later, we received the down payment of gantry crane.

At present, the crane has been expedited in the factory.
