Kazakhstan Double Girder Overhead Crane Case

In September,2022, we received an inquiry from Kazakhstan customer who need a set of single girder overhead crane for his production workshop. The rated tonnage is 5t, span 20m, lifting height 11.8m, a electric hoist and remote control as spares. He emphasis that the inquiry is only for budgetary, the workshop will be ready in the earlier next year. We make technical quotation and drawing based on the customer’s requirements. After reviewing the quotation, the customer replied that it was good, they will contact us again once the workshop has been built up.

In early January 2023, the customer contacted us again. He gave us a diagram of the new layout of his workshop. And told us that he would buy steel structure on another China supplier. He would like to ship all goods together. We have lot of experience in shipping goods together with one container or use one B/L.

By checking customer’s workshop layout, we found the crane specification has changed into 10t capacity, 25m span, lifting height 10m double girder overhead crane. We sent technical quotation and drawing to customer’s mailbox very soon.

The customer has lot of import experiences in China, and some products come with bad quality. He is very afraid of such thing happened again. In order to dispel the doubts in his mind, we invited him to join a technical video meeting. We also share our factory videos and professional certificates of crane.
He was very satisfied with our factory strength, and expected to see our crane quality.

Finally, we won the order with no no suspense between 3 competitors. The customer said to us, "Your company is the one who really understands my needs best and I’d like to work with a company like yours."

In the middle of February, we received the down payment for the 10t-25m-10m double girder overhead crane.
