At the beginning, the customer want 25t+5t capacity with two trolleys, but they won’t work at the same time. After the customer checked the drawing, he preferred 25t/5t with only one trolley. Then our sales manager talked with customer about weight of crane and loading plan. By talking, we found that he was very professional. Finally, we modified the quotation and drawing based on the results of the discussion. After evaluation, he gave us his company’s comments on our offer. Even if our offer’s price not competitive with other offers in their hand, we still ranked 2 of all the 9 offers. Because our customers are satisfied with our product design and attentive service. By the way, our sales manager also sent our company’s video, workshop photos and warehouse photos to show our company.

One month passed, the customer informed us that we won the competition even if our price higher than other suppliers. Besides, customer shared with us their requirements about layout drawing of cable and reel to make every details is clear before shipment.
