On February 10, 2022, a customer from Romania called us and he told us that he is looking for an overhead crane for his new workshop. He said he needed a 5 ton overhead crane for his mould workshop, which should have a span of 20 meters and a lifting height of 6 meters. He said the most important thing was stability and accuracy. According to his specific requirements, we suggested that he use a European type single girder overhead crane.
The lifting speed of our European type single girder overhead crane is 2-speed type, the cross traveling speed and the long traveling speed are stepless and variable. We told him the differences between 2-speed and stepless speed. The customer thought stepless speed is also very important to the mould lifting, so he asked us to improve the 2-speed type lifting speed to stepless speed.
When the customer received our crane, we helped him complete the installation and the commissioning. He said that our crane is much more efficient than any crane he used. He was very happy with the speed regulation of the crane and he wanted to be our agent and promote our products in their city.
European single-beam bridge crane is a light lifting technical equipment made to adapt to the production capacity of modern enterprises. It is generally characterized by easy operation and maintenance, low failure rate and high production efficiency. Single-beam crane is composed of electric hoist and driving device. At the same time, our crane adopts special engineering plastic wheels, which are small in size, fast in walking speed and low in friction. Compared with the traditional crane, the limit distance from the hook to the wall is the smallest, and the clearance height is the lowest, which actually increases the effective working space of the existing plant.
