2 Sets Bridge Crane for Workshop in Cameroon

On October 22, 2022, we received an inquiry from a Cameroonian customer on the website. The customer is looking for 2 sets of single-girder bridge cranes for his company's new workshop. Because bridge cranes are generally customized. All details need to be communicated with customers one by one. We inquired about the basic parameters such as the lifting weight, span, and lifting height required by the customer, and confirmed with the customer if we should quote him steel structures such as run beams and columns.

The customer told us that they are specialized in the production of steel structures and has nearly 20 years of production experience in Cameroon. They can manufacture the steel structure by themselves, we only need to provide the bridge crane and crane track. And they shared some pictures and drawings about the new workshop to help us determine the specifications of the heavy machine faster.

After confirming all details, we found the customer need two 10-ton bridge cranes in the same workshop. One is 10 tons with a span of 20 meters and a lifting height of 6 meters, and the other is 10 tons with a span of 13 meters and a lifting height of 6 meters.

We provided the customer with the single-girder bridge crane quotation, and sent the corresponding drawings and documents to the customer's mailbox. In the afternoon, the customer said that their company will conduct in-depth discussions and tell us the final idea on our quotation.

During this time, we shared pictures and videos of the factory's production process with our customers. We have extensive previous experience of exporting to Cameroon. We know all the processes very well. If the customer chooses us, they can receive the crane and put it into production faster. Through our efforts, the customer finally decided to place order to us in December.
