In October 2023, our company received an inquiry for bridge cranes from the United Arab Emirates. Subsequently, our sales personnel kept in touch with the customers via email. The customer requested quotes for steel gantry cranes and European single beam bridge cranes in the email they replied to. Then they make choices based on their actual situation.
Through further communication, we learned that the client is the head of the UAE headquarters in China. Next, we provided corresponding solutions and quotations based on the customer's requirements. After receiving the quotation, the customer is more inclined to purchase European style single beam bridge cranes after comparison.
So we quoted a complete set of European style single beam bridge cranes according to the customer's subsequent requirements. The customer reviewed the price and made some adjustments to the accessories based on the actual situation of their own factory, ultimately determining the required product.
During this period, our sales personnel provided detailed responses to customer inquiries regarding technical aspects, so that customers can have a comprehensive understanding of our cranes. After the product is confirmed, customers are concerned about future installation issues. We promise to provide customers with installation videos and manuals for European style single beam bridge cranes, and we will patiently answer any questions.
The customer's biggest concern is whether the bridge crane can adapt to their factory building. After receiving the customer's factory drawings, our technical department combines the bridge crane drawings with the factory drawings to confirm that our solution is feasible. We patiently communicated with the client about this issue for a month and a half. When the customer received a positive response that the bridge crane we provided was fully compatible with their factory, they quickly established us in their supplier system. Finally, the customer's single beam bridge crane began shipping to the United Arab Emirates on April 24, 2024.
