Two Chain Hoists Transported To The Philippines

On May 7, 2024, our company completed a transaction with a customer in the Philippines for two HHBB type fixed chain hoists. After receiving full payment from the customer on May 6th, our purchasing manager immediately contacted the factory to start producing machines for the customer. The usual production cycle for chain hoists in our factory is 7 to 10 working days. Because this customer ordered two small tonnage gourds, production and shipment were completed within approximately 7 working days.

SEVENCRANE received an inquiry from this client on April 23rd. At the beginning, the customer requested a 3-ton hoist, and our salesperson sent the customer a quotation after confirming the specific parameters with the customer. After reviewing the quotation, the customer feedback that we still need a 5-ton chain hoist. So our salesperson updated the quotation again. After reading the quotation, the customer expressed satisfaction with our products and prices. This client works for a courier company in the Philippines, and they import chain hoists to reduce the workload of their courier sorting business.

This customer sent us good feedback after receiving the goods at the end of May. He said that our hoist works very well in their company and is easy to operate. Employees can easily get started, greatly reducing their workload. Moreover, the client also indicated that their company is in a stage of growth and development, and there are more opportunities for cooperation in the future. And he also inquired about our company's other products, and he said he would introduce our company's products to interested local partners.
