Transaction Record of Mongolian Electric Wire Rope Hoist

In April 2023, SEVENCRANE delivered a 3-ton electric wire rope hoist to a customer in the Philippines. The CD type steel wire rope hoist is a small lifting equipment with the characteristics of compact structure, simple operation, stability and safety. It can easily lift and move heavy objects through the control of the handle.

The customer is a Mongolian steel structure welding and manufacturer. He needs to install this hoist on his own bridge crane to transport some metal parts from the warehouse. The hoist previously provided by the customer was broken, and the maintenance personnel told him that it can still be repaired.

However, due to the prolonged use of this hoist and concerns about potential safety hazards, the customer has decided to purchase a new hoist. The customer sent us photos of his warehouse and bridge crane, and also sent us a cross-sectional view of the bridge crane. I hope we can provide a hoist as soon as possible. After reviewing our quotation, product pictures, and videos, the customer was very satisfied and placed an order. Because the production cycle of this product is relatively short, although we informed the customer that the delivery time is 7 working days, we completed the production, packaging, and delivery to the customer in 5 working days.

After receiving the hoist, the customer installed it on the bridge crane for trial operation. I think our gourd is very suitable for his bridge crane. They also sent us a video of their trial operation. Now this gourd is running well in the customer's warehouse. The customer expressed that if there is a demand in the future, they will choose our company for cooperation.
