On June 30, 2022, we received an inquiry from an Australian customer. The customer contacted us through our website. Later, he told us that he needed an overhead crane to lift the steel cylinder. After understanding the customer's needs, we recommended the European single girder bridge crane to him. The crane has the advantages of light deadweight, reasonable structure, elegant appearance and high working grade.
The customer was very satisfied with this type of crane and asked us to give him a quotation. We made a reasonable quotation according to the customer's needs, and he was quite satisfied with our price after receiving the quotation.
Because this crane needs to be placed in the completed factory, some specific details need to be confirmed. After receiving our proposal, the customer discussed with their engineer team. The customer proposed to install two wire rope hoists on the crane in order to have higher stability for lifting. This method can indeed improve the stability of lifting, but the relative price will also be higher. The steel barrel lifted by the customer is large, and the use of two wire rope hoists can really better meet the customer's needs. We have made similar products before, so we sent photos and videos of the previous project to him. The customer was very interested in our products and asked us to re quote.
Because this is the first cooperation, customers are not very confident about our production capacity. To reassure customers, we sent them photos and videos of our factory, including some of our equipment, as well as some of our products exported to Australia.
After the re quotation, the customer and the engineering team discussed and agreed to purchase from us. Now the customer has placed an order, and this batch of products is under urgent production.
