On April 29, 2022, our company received an inquiry from the client. The customer initially wanted to purchase a 1T spider crane. Based on the contact information provided by the customer, we have been able to contact them. The customer said they need a spider crane that meets American standards. We asked the customer what products they used to lift, and the customer said they used them to lift steel pipes on the construction site. As he purchased it for his own company, he has a clear demand for spider cranes. Then we asked the customer about when they would use it, and they said it would take some time and it wasn't very urgent.
Then, based on the actual needs of the customer, we sent them quotations for 1T and 3T spider cranes. After quoting the price to the customer, they asked us if we could provide flying arms, and we updated the price with the addition of flying arms. Afterwards, the customer did not contact us again. But we still keep in touch with our customers, timely sharing our transaction receipts and feedback on our spider crane products.
The customer did not refuse and told me that although he did not reply most of the time, he still needed the product. I hope our sales personnel can continuously update the updates about this product. In the following period of time, the customer requested us to provide CE certificates and ISO certificates, and also asked if we had an operation manual. The customer stated that these materials need to be approved by the local department. According to the customer's needs, we have provided them all in a timely manner. In 2023, our company asked the customer again if they were ready to make a purchase, and the customer said they still need some time. We still insist on continuing to share our company's updates with our clients.
Until one day in March 2024, the customer asked us if we had a battery powered spider crane. Our 1T and 3T spider cranes are both battery powered. The customer asked us to update the quotation for a 3t battery driven spider crane. After receiving the quotation, the customer expressed a desire to learn more about the 5t and 8t spider cranes. We informed the customer that the 5t and 8t are not battery powered due to their lifting capacity, only diesel and electric powered. The customer indicated that he also needs these two tons of spider cranes. Finally, the customer chose an 8t electric and diesel dual drive product and placed an order with us.
