In October 2024, we received an inquiry from an engineering consultancy company in Bulgaria regarding aluminum gantry cranes. The client had secured a project and required a crane that met specific parameters. After assessing the details, we recommended the PRGS20 gantry crane with a lifting capacity of 0.5 tons, a span of 2 meters, and a lifting height of 1.5–2 meters. Along with the recommendation, we provided product feedback images, certifications, and brochures. The client was satisfied with the proposal and shared it with the end user, indicating that the procurement process would begin later.
Throughout the following weeks, we maintained contact with the client, regularly sharing product updates. In early November, the client informed us that the project procurement phase had started and requested an updated quotation. After updating the quote, the client promptly sent a purchase order (PO) and requested a proforma invoice (PI). Payment was made shortly after.
Upon completion of production, we coordinated with the client’s freight forwarder to ensure seamless logistics. The shipment arrived in Bulgaria as planned. Following delivery, the client requested installation videos and guidance. We promptly provided the necessary materials and conducted a video call to offer detailed installation instructions.
The client successfully installed the aluminum gantry crane and, after a period of use, shared positive feedback along with operational images. They commended the product’s quality and ease of installation, confirming the crane’s suitability for their project.
