Answered the customer's questions one by one.

Afterwards, we recommend the customer to purchase a 5-ton spider crane based on their actual situation. And we also sent a spider crane test video from our previous customer for their reference. The customer proactively informed themselves of their needs after reviewing the email, and also responded proactively when contacting WhatsApp. Customers are also concerned about whether our products are exported to Australia. In order to dispel their doubts, we have sent feedback on the Australian cantilever crane that has been sold. At that time, the customer was in a hurry to purchase, so the price was urgent. We verbally quoted a regular model of spider crane on WhatsApp, and the customer felt that the price was reasonable and was willing to continue with this order.

Subsequently, the customer was very satisfied with our machine and price, and expressed their desire to purchase this spider crane.

But because the credit card was unable to pay us, this order was not completed before the year. The customer will come to visit our factory in person when they have time next year. After the Spring Festival holiday, we proactively contacted the customer to arrange a time to visit the factory. During the factory visit, the customer kept saying that they liked the spider crane after seeing it, and they were very satisfied with the visit. On the same day, they expressed their willingness to pay a prepayment and start production first. But the transaction fee for credit card payment is too high, and the customer said they will have their Australian office use another bank card to make the payment the next day. During the factory visit, the customer also indicated that if the first spider crane is completed and satisfactory, there will be further orders.
