Recently, our company has completed the order for four electromagnets and matching plugs from a Russian customer. The customer has arranged for on-site pickup and believes that they will soon receive the goods and put them into use.
We contacted the customer in 2022 and they stated that they need an electromagnet to replace the existing products in the factory. Previously, they used matching hooks and electromagnets made in Germany. This time, we plan to purchase hooks and electromagnets from China to replace the current configuration. The customer sent us the drawings of the hooks they planned to purchase, and we provided detailed drawings of the electromagnets based on the drawings and parameters. The customer expressed satisfaction with our solution, but stated that it is not yet time for procurement. After a year, the client decided to purchase. Due to concerns about delivery time, they specially sent engineers to visit our factory and confirm the contract. At the same time, the customer wants us to purchase domestically produced aviation plugs from Germany. After both parties confirmed the contract, we quickly received the customer's advance payment. After 50 days of production, the product has been completed, and two of the electromagnets have been delivered to the customer.
