When adding industrial gear oil to the winch, the oil level should be checked regularly and replenished in a timely manner.
2、 Steel wire rope
Attention should be paid to checking the wire rope for any broken wires. If there is wire breakage, strand breakage, or wear reaching the scrap standard, a new rope should be replaced in a timely manner.
3、 Lifting equipment
The lifting equipment must be inspected regularly.
4、 Pulley block
Mainly inspect the wear of the rope groove, whether the wheel flange is cracked, and whether the pulley is stuck on the shaft.
5、 Wheels
Regularly inspect the wheel flange and tread. When the wear or cracking of the wheel flange reaches 10% thickness, a new wheel should be replaced.
When the difference in diameter between the two driving wheels on the tread exceeds D/600, or serious scratches appear on the tread, it should be re polished.
6、 Brakes
Each shift should be checked once. The brake should act accurately and there should be no jamming of the pin shaft. The brake shoe should be correctly fitted to the brake wheel, and the gap between the brake shoes should be equal when releasing the brake.
7、 Other matters
The electrical system of the gantry crane also requires regular inspection and maintenance. Electrical components should be checked for aging, burning, and other conditions. If there are any problems, they should be replaced in a timely manner. At the same time, it is necessary to check whether the electrical circuits are normal to ensure the safety and reliability of the equipment.
During the use of gantry cranes, attention should be paid to avoiding overloading and excessive use. It should be used according to the rated load of the equipment and avoid prolonged continuous use. At the same time, attention should be paid to safety during operation to avoid accidents.
Regularly clean and maintain the gantry crane. When cleaning, pay attention to using appropriate cleaning agents to avoid damage to the equipment. Meanwhile, during the maintenance process, it is important to promptly replace worn parts and perform necessary painting treatments.
