In March 2023, we received an inquiry from an Indonesian customer for Gantry crane. The customer wants to buy a crane for handling heavy objects in the warehouse. After thorough communication with the customer, we recommended the aluminum gantry crane. It is a lightweight crane that takes up little space and can be folded up when not in use. The customer looked at our product brochure and requested that we provide her with a quotation for her boss to analyze. We selected the appropriate model according to the customer’s requirements and sent a formal quotation. After the customer fully confirmed the import related matters, we received the purchase order from the customer.
The customer’s warehouse does not require frequent lifting of heavy objects, so using our aluminum alloy gantry crane is very cost-effective. Our goal is to help customers improve material handling efficiency and provide cost-effective solutions and products. The customer is satisfied with our professional solution and reasonable product prices, and we are also honored to be able to sell our products to Indonesia again.
Although the customer’s designated freight forwarder changed the warehouse address twice, we patiently provided the service based on the principle of customer first and shipped the goods to the designated location. We always believe that helping customers solve problems is our greatest achievement.
