European Double Girder Overhead Crane for Russian Client

In 2024, we received valuable feedback from a Russian client who had ordered two 30-ton European double girder overhead cranes for their factory in Magnitogorsk. Prior to placing the order, the client conducted a thorough evaluation of our company, including a supplier assessment, factory visit, and certification verification. Following our successful meeting at the CTT Exhibition in Russia, the client officially confirmed their order for the cranes.

Throughout the project, we maintained consistent communication with the client, providing timely updates on the delivery status and offering online installation guidance. We supplied installation manuals and videos to assist with the setup process. Once the cranes arrived, we continued to support the client remotely during the installation phase.

As of now, the overhead cranes have been fully installed and are operational in the client's workshop. The equipment has passed all necessary tests, and the cranes have significantly enhanced the client's lifting and material handling operations, providing stable and safe performance.

The client expressed high satisfaction with both the product quality and the service they received. Furthermore, the client has already sent us new inquiries for gantry cranes and lifting beams, which will complement the double girder overhead cranes. The gantry cranes will be used for outdoor material handling, while the lifting beams will be paired with the existing cranes for additional functionality.
