1、 Dismantling the gearbox housing
①Disconnect the power and secure the crane. To disassemble the gearbox housing, the power supply needs to be disconnected first, and then the crane should be fixed on the chassis to ensure safety.
② Remove the gearbox housing cover. Use a wrench or screwdriver to remove the gearbox housing cover and expose the internal components.
③ Remove the input and output shafts of the gearbox. According to the requirements, remove the input and output shafts of the gearbox.
④Remove the motor from the gearbox. If the motor needs to be replaced, it needs to be removed from the gearbox first.
2、 Dismantling the transmission gear
⑤ Remove the drive shaft wheel cover. Use a wrench to remove the drive shaft wheel cover and expose the internal drive shaft wheel.
⑥ Remove the transmission shaft gear. Use special tools to disassemble the drive shaft gear and check for any damage.
⑦ Remove the top cover and bearings of the gearbox. Disassemble the top cover and bearings of the gearbox and check for any damage or wear.
3、 Operational suggestions and precautions
①During the disassembly process of the gearbox, be sure to pay attention to safety and maintain focus. Prevent harm to the body during operation.
②Before disassembling the gearbox, be sure to confirm whether the machine is powered off. The electronic control board also needs to hang a "No Operation" sign.
③Before disassembling the top cover of the gearbox, be sure to clean the internal dirt of the gearbox. Check for any oil leaks.
④When disassembling the transmission shaft gear, professional tools are required. At the same time, after disassembly, check if there is any oil film on the gears.
⑤Before disassembling the gearbox, sufficient technical training on the gearbox is required to ensure standardized and correct operation.
