SEVENCRANE's products can cover the entire logistics field. We can provide bridge cranes, KBK cranes, and electric hoists. The case I am sharing with you today is a model of combining these products for application.
FMT was founded in 1997 and is an innovative agricultural technology manufacturer that provides soil planting, sowing, fertilization, and crop residue management equipment. The company currently operates in 35 countries and exports 90% of its machines to various parts of the world. Rapid growth requires development space, so FMT built a new assembly plant in 2020. They hope to use new logistics concepts to achieve streamlined assembly operations of agricultural machinery, improve assembly efficiency, and make final assembly easier.
The customer needs to handle a load of 50 to 500 kilograms during the pre assembly stage, and the subsequent assembly steps will involve semi-finished products weighing 2 to 5 tons. In the final assembly, it is necessary to move the entire equipment weighing up to 10 tons. From an internal logistics perspective, this means that cranes and handling solutions must cover different weight loads from light to heavy.
After multiple in-depth exchanges with SEVENCRANE's professional sales team, the customer adopted the concept of interactive logistics transportation. A total of 5 sets of single beam bridge cranes were installed, each of which was equipped with 2 steel wire rope hoists (with a lifting capacity ranging from 3.2t to 5t)
The series operation of cranes, rational steel structure design, full utilization of factory space, coupled with flexible KBK lightweight lifting system, is very suitable for handling assembly operations with light and small loads.
Under the influence of the concept of interactive logistics, FMT has evolved from a single workflow to a practical, hierarchical, and scalable logistics assembly system. Various models of agricultural machinery can be assembled within an area of 18 meters in width. This means that our customers can flexibly and efficiently arrange production on one production line according to their needs.
