Recently, our client in Ecuador has completed the installation and testing of European style single beam bridge cranes. They ordered a set of 10T European style single beam bridge crane accessories from our company four months ago After installation and testing, the customer is very satisfied with our product. This customer was introduced by our previous customer. After seeing our products, he was very satisfied and decided to purchase bridge cranes from our company for his new factory building. The customer has the professional ability to weld the main beam themselves and will complete the welding of the main beam locally. We need to provide customers with other components besides the main beam. Meanwhile, the customer stated that they do not require us to provide the track. However, after reviewing the design drawings provided by the client, our engineers found that they intended to use channel steel as the track, which poses certain safety hazards. We explained the reason to the customer and quoted him the track price. The customer expressed satisfaction with the solution we provided and quickly confirmed the order and made a prepayment. And they stated that they will promote our products locally.
