Bridge cranes are indispensable equipment in modern industrial production and are widely used in various operations such as lifting, transportation, loading and unloading, and installation of goods. Bridge cranes play a huge role in improving labor productivity.
During the use of bridge cranes, it is inevitable to encounter some malfunctions that prevent them from operating properly. Below are some common crane malfunctions and their solutions.
1. Brake not working properly: Check the electrical components; Replace the brake pad lining; Replace the fatigued main spring and adjust the brake according to technical requirements.
2. Brake cannot be opened: clear any blockages; Adjust the main spring to meet the standards; Adjust or replace the brake screw; Replace the coil.
3. The brake pad has a burnt smell and smoke, and the pad wears quickly. Adjust the brake to achieve even clearance, and the pad can detach from the brake wheel during operation; Replace the auxiliary spring; Repair the working surface of the brake wheel.
4. Unstable braking torque: Adjust the concentricity to make it consistent.
5. Hook group falling: Immediately repair the lifting limiter; Overloading is strictly prohibited; Replace with a new rope.
6. The hook head is crooked and does not rotate flexibly: replace the thrust bearing.
7. Periodic vibration and noise of the gearbox: replace damaged gears.
8. The gearbox vibrates on the bridge and makes excessive noise: tighten the bolts; Adjust the concentricity to meet the standard; Strengthen the supporting structure to increase its stiffness.
9. Slippery operation of the car: adjust the height position of the wheel axle and increase the wheel pressure of the driving wheel; Adjust the elevation difference of the track.
10. Big wheel rail gnawing: Check the connection of the transmission shaft key, the meshing condition of the gear coupling, and the connection condition of each bolt to eliminate excessive clearance and ensure consistent transmission at both ends; Adjust the accuracy of wheel installation: Adjust the track of the large vehicle.
