Railway locomotives for short distance transportation are frequently used in large-scale production facilities. These locomotives play an irreplaceable role in industries such as metallurgy, papermaking, and wood processing. In many European countries, some locomotives are also specially modified for maintenance of train or subway tracks.
The railway locomotive manufacturer located in the Czech Republic has selected four SEVENCRANE double beam bridge cranes for its new production workshop to efficiently transport large components of railway locomotives. Ensure that the workshop can produce at least three finished railway locomotives per month. The V-shaped double beam bridge crane has low self weight, excellent performance, and a long service life. There are multiple workstations in this workshop, and four cranes can meet the handling needs of all workstations.
This crane is equipped with intelligent linkage control function, which enables efficient and safe handling of large-sized and bulky locomotive components. When the maximum load capacity of a single crane exceeds 32 tons, two cranes on the same track can choose the linkage control function to lift and transport large locomotive components weighing up to 64 tons together. These cranes can operate as separate units or can be linked to control the lifting and handling of locomotive components. And the V-beam design allows light to fully illuminate the entire workshop. The SEVENCRANE intelligent safety control system can independently and continuously monitor cranes. If any abnormal situation occurs, the intelligent safety control system can immediately stop the crane system. In addition, dangerous situations can also be identified and prevented in advance.
SEVENCRANE was founded in 1990 and has a wide range of products. We mainly produce, manufacture, and sell various types of lifting equipment. Such as bridge cranes, gantry cranes, KBK light cranes, electric hoists, and cantilever cranes. SEVENCRANE's products are not only diverse and widely used, but also highly standardized in terms of components and equipment, stable in quality, and reliable in performance. Our cranes are widely used in global industries such as aircraft manufacturing, automotive, food, paper, steel, aluminum processing, machinery manufacturing, and waste incineration.
