In October 2024, SEVENCRANE received an inquiry from an Algerian client seeking lifting equipment for handling molds weighing between 500kg and 700kg. The client expressed interest in aluminum alloy lifting solutions, and we promptly recommended our PRG1S20 aluminum gantry crane, which has a lifting capacity of 1 ton, a span of 2 meters, and a lifting height of 1.5-2 meters—ideal for their application.
To build trust, we sent the client detailed documentation, including our company profile, product certificates, factory images, and customer feedback photos. This transparency helped establish confidence in our capabilities and reinforced the quality of our products.
Once the client was satisfied with the details, we finalized the trade terms, agreeing to FOB Qingdao, as the client already had a freight forwarder in China. To ensure the aluminum gantry crane would fit their factory space, we carefully compared the crane’s dimensions with the client's building layout, addressing any concerns from a technical perspective.
Additionally, we learned that the client had an upcoming full container shipment and needed the crane urgently. After discussing the logistics, we prepared the Proforma Invoice (PI) swiftly. The client made prompt payment, allowing us to ship the product immediately.
