11 bridge cranes with different lifting capacities and spans, mainly used in three areas for production and storage. Six LD type single beam bridge cranes with a rated load of 5 tons and a span of 24 to 25 meters are used to handle relatively small diameter round and square pipes. Large diameter round and square pipes, as well as lip shaped grooves or C-shaped rails, can be transported by LD type cranes. The LD type crane has a larger lifting capacity of up to 10 tons, with a span of 23 to 25 meters.
A common feature of all these cranes is that they have welded box girders that are resistant to torsion. A single beam designed crane with a lifting capacity of 10 tons, with a span of up to 27.5 meters.
The two largest double beam bridge cranes in this area have a rated load of 25 tons and a span of 25 meters, and a rated load of 32 tons and a span of 23 meters. Both of these bridge cranes are operating in the coil loading and unloading area. A double beam bridge crane with a lifting capacity of 40 tons, with a span of up to 40 meters. The different design methods for the installation of the main beams of single and double beam cranes enable the crane to optimally adapt to the shape and conditions of the building.
