50 Ton Double Girder Cantilever Gantry Crane with Wheels

Double girder cantilever gantry crane with wheel consists of a door frame, a power transmission system, a lifting mechanism, a cart running mechanism and a tire running mechanism. The wheels can make the crane walk freely without laying the track, and also can be turned, so the operation is flexible and easy to use. It can lift up to 50 tons of goods at one time, but because of the cantilever at both ends, the distance of transporting goods is longer. And it greatly reduces the handling tasks of workers and saves time for cargo handling.

Meanwhile, the types of gantry cranes produced by our company can be roughly divided into the following categories:
① Ordinary gantry crane: This type of crane is the most widely used, and can handle various pieces and bulk materials, with a lifting capacity of less than 100 tons and a span of 4 to 35 meters. Generally, ordinary gantry cranes equipped with grab bucket elevators have a higher working level.

②Gantry cranes for hydropower stations: mainly used for lifting and opening and closing gates, and can also be used for installation operations. The lifting capacity is 80-500 tons, the span is small, 8-16 meters; the lifting speed is low, 1-5 meters per minute. This type of crane is used less frequently for lifting, but once it is used for lifting, it needs to increase the work level appropriately.

③Shipbuilding gantry crane: It is used to assemble the hull on the berth. There are always two lifting trolleys: one has two main hooks and runs on the track of the upper flange of the bridge; the other has a main hook and an auxiliary hook. It runs on the track of the lower flange of the bridge frame to turn over and hoist large hull segments. The lifting capacity is generally 100-1500 tons; the span is up to 185 meters; the lifting speed is 2-15 meters per minute.

④Container gantry crane: used in container terminals. After the trailers transport the containers unloaded from the ship by the quay wall container carrier bridge to the yard or rear, they are stacked by the container gantry crane or directly loaded and transported away, which can speed up the turnover of the container carrier bridge or other cranes. The container yard that can stack 3 to 4 layers high and 6 rows wide is generally used in tire type, and also useful in rail type. The lifting speed is 35-52 meters per minute, and the span is determined by the number of rows of containers that need to be spanned, with a maximum of about 60 meters.
